About David Lish

David Lish is an Owner who helps lead the firm and supports clients as they navigate criminal cases across Arizona. He oversees operations and works closely with the team to make sure each case is handled with care and attention. His focus is on helping people take control of their situation and move forward with confidence.

David is known for being organized, thorough, and deeply committed to the people he works with. Clients rely on him to step in, understand what is going on, and help guide the team toward a strong path forward. He works closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to keep cases moving and ensure nothing is overlooked. In addition, his experience on both sides of the courtroom gives him a well-rounded perspective.

Before starting the firm, David worked at a large criminal defense firm in Phoenix. He also spent eight years as a prosecutor and has more than 20 years of experience working in the Arizona criminal court system. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Arizona State University.

Outside of work, he enjoys working out, playing guitar, traveling, and spending time with his family.
