about Amanda Cesnek
Amanda Cesnek is the Managing Paralegal who keeps cases organized and moving while supporting both clients and attorneys. She works closely with Attorney Joe Tobler and the paralegal team to make sure every detail is handled, so attorneys can focus on strategy and court appearances. Her role helps clients stay informed and reassured throughout the process.
Amanda is known for her calm and detailed approach. She serves as the primary point of contact for clients, relaying updates, managing disclosures, and following up on case matters. She also manages the paralegal team, making sure work is done correctly, on time, and consistently. In addition, she helps train her colleagues and ensures everyone has what they need to succeed.
Before joining the firm, Amanda worked in the Public Defender’s Office Vehicular Unit, the Surprise Prosecutor’s Office, and at a private defense firm. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-certified program. Her background in customer service gives her strong skills in de-escalation and managing expectations.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and hiking.
