about eva fa’alogo

Introducing Eva Fa’alogo, a tenacious and dedicated Associate Attorney in GCLG’s Post Conviction Relief (PCR) department. With a passion for safeguarding her clients’ rights and a track record of providing competent and zealous representation, Eva is a force to be reckoned with in the Arizona legal community.

Eva’s journey in criminal defense began at the Mohave County Public Defender’s Office, where she served as a Deputy Public Defender. It was here that she honed her skills as an aggressive and diligent advocator, always prioritizing her clients’ best interests. Prior to her work in criminal defense, Eva gained valuable experience as an immigration and personal injury attorney, further diversifying her legal expertise.

A proud graduate of Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Eva earned her bachelor’s degree in 2011 before pursuing her Juris Doctorate at Charlotte School of Law. Her thirst for knowledge and passion for comparative law led her to The University of Oxford in 2014, where she immersed herself in the study of European Union law. During and after law school, Eva demonstrated her commitment to public service through internships at the Latin American Coalition of Charlotte and the Mecklenburg County Trial Court Administrator’s Office.

As a member of the Arizona State Bar, Eva’s dedication to the legal profession extends beyond her work at GCLG. She currently serves on the Young Lawyer’s Division Executive Council and, in 2023, was appointed to a three-year term on the State Bar’s Council on Minorities and Women in the Law. These positions showcase Eva’s leadership skills and her unwavering commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the legal community.

When she’s not fiercely advocating for her clients or working to advance the cause of justice, Eva finds joy in traveling and creating lasting memories with her loved ones. Her ability to balance her professional pursuits with a fulfilling personal life is a testament to her resilience and determination.

With Eva Fa’alogo on your side, you can rest assured that your post-conviction relief matters are in the hands of a skilled, passionate, and relentless attorney who will stop at nothing to protect your rights and fight for the justice you deserve.
