Mesa Sprint Triathlon 2023
Grand Canyon Law Group believes in the importance of activity and fitness, especially for children and young adults.
Grand Canyon Law Group was proud to be a sponsor of the Mesa Sprint Triathlon for the seventh consecutive year. This event took place on September 23, 2023, and was hosted by the Foundation for Mesa Parks & Recreation, a nonprofit foundation located in Mesa, AZ. The mission behind this fundraiser is to provide underprivileged children in our communities the opportunity to attend learn-to-swim programs and summer recreation programs offered by the city of Mesa’s Parks & Recreation department. By participating in this wonderful fundraiser, we can ensure that these children, who may not have had access otherwise, can benefit from these valuable programs.
The event took place at the Skyline Aquatics Center, Skyline High School, and Skyline Park. The race began with the adult swim at 7:00 a.m., and the youth swim at 9:00 a.m. Day-of registration was available from 5:45 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. (subject to availability). The swim area opened at 6:00 a.m., allowing participants to warm up and prepare for the race.
Participation in the Mesa Sprint Triathlon directly contributed to providing disadvantaged youth access to essential learn-to-swim and summer recreation programs.
